Worker's AdvoKit respects your privacy. Here is what we do and do not collect.
What We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personally identifiable information. We do not use cookies. We do not create user accounts. We do not require registration. All calculations happen entirely on your device and are never sent to our servers.
Analytics
We use Umami Analytics (opens in new tab), a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not use cookies or collect personal data. It records only aggregate page view counts and general referral sources — no personal information, no cross-site tracking, and no fingerprinting.
No Third-Party Tracking
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking technology. We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.
Your Data Stays on Your Device
When you use our calculators and tools, all inputs and results exist only on your device. When you close the tab, the data is gone. We have no ability to see, store, or recover your inputs.
Letter Templates and Generated Documents
When you use our letter-generating tools, the letters are generated entirely on your device. We never see, store, or transmit the content of any letters you generate.
Voluntary Donations (Ko-fi)
If you choose to support this project via Ko-fi, you will be redirected to Ko-fi's website to complete your donation. Ko-fi collects personal and payment information necessary to process your contribution. We do not receive or store your payment details. Ko-fi's own Privacy Policy governs how they handle your information.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
