Step-by-step guide

Go to the PeopleConnect suppression portal

Visit suppression.peopleconnect.us/login. This is the centralized opt-out portal for Intelius and all PeopleConnect-owned sites.

💡 You can also find a link to this portal by scrolling to the bottom of intelius.com and clicking "Do Not Sell My Personal Information."

Enter your email and verify

Enter your email address, agree to the terms, and click Continue. Check your inbox for a verification email from PeopleConnect and click the "Verify Email" link. The link expires after 15 minutes.

Provide your personal details

Enter your date of birth, check the confirmation box, and click Continue. Then enter your full legal name (and any aliases) and click Continue.

Select your record

Review the matching records and select the one that matches you. Click Continue.

Set your record to Suppressed

Change the "Desired Behavior" dropdown from "Displayed" to "Suppressed" and click Save. Your record will be removed within 48 hours.
