Step-by-step guide
Find your listing
Go to whitepages.com and search for your name and location. Find the listing that matches you.
Copy your profile URL
Click on your listing to open your full profile. Copy the URL from your browser's address bar.
Go to the suppression request page
Visit whitepages.com/suppression-requests. This is their official opt-out page.
Paste your profile URL
Paste the URL of your Whitepages profile into the opt-out form.
Verify by phone
Whitepages requires phone verification. Enter your phone number, and they'll call or text you with a verification code.
💡 You must use a phone number — email verification is not an option here.
Enter the verification code
Enter the code you received and confirm the removal request.
Opt out from Premium too
Whitepages Premium (paid background checks) is a separate service. You may also want to email support@whitepages.com requesting removal from Premium listings.
Important to know
- ⚠Phone verification is mandatory — there's no way around it.
- ⚠Whitepages owns several other sites (411.com, etc.) that may also have your data.
- ⚠Re-check every 3–6 months as listings can reappear.
